Side courtyard that is private and surrounded. Alternative entrance! Love the cobble stones, plants and especially the windows/french doors that can open to yard and give indoor/outdoor feel.

Like the idea of separation for kitchen but can see through and see open feeling.

Greenwich Village Places

I like the large windows and fact they go closer to the floor than traditional windows. That way you can look out and down when seated.

I like the long distance between the bedroom and bethroom. Long hallway also hold the storage space away from the relaxing living areas. Skylight gor natural light is good as don't need a view. Could have 2 entrances to this bathroom if central location, one from bedroom and one from living room.
